We can provide a dedicated programmer to work on your assignments as if they are a part of your team. Temporary or Permanent, we can meet a multitude of needs according to your requested workflow.
None at all! We schedule our workflow in an efficient development timeline, and we are ready to start when you are. We also carefully monitor our resources to ensure that we have staff available should the workload increase unexpectedly.
Sure! We offer a free initial visit to your office to discuss your project requirements and to gather details for your proposal. Any follow-up meetings will be arranged if necessary, however, its necessity will determine if we need to charge a fee for on-location; discussing this with your project manager is always best.
Absolutely not. We do use offshore development to lower costs for you, but all of our offshore staff are full time, in-house MediaLinkers employees. Our clients work directly with our Atlanta project management staff that coordinates all aspects of the project and provides direct customer service. This allows our clients to take advantage of our extremely low development costs, while still having the full confidence of being able to call, email, or have a live meeting with a representative right here in the Atlanta area.
Our developers are not always available to meet in person, but they are local to both our offices here in the US and overseas as well. Since you communicate directly with your project manager, you usually won’t need to speak directly with a developer as your project manager will handle the appropriate designations and task assignments, as well as quality assurance from our team.
You will be assigned a dedicated project manager to communicate all questions, concerns, or requests. Your project manager is available by email, phone, or meeting, and 24 hours or less response time is standard. We offer unlimited revisions during the design phase until the prototype for the home page is approved. Once a design is chosen, we assign a developer to program the website according to the project scope. We will present the working site on a demo server for modifications/edits and testing to be done as modules are completed. It is after the site is approved, we will place the site live and test that it is working on the specified domain.
We are committed to safe and secure practices with your information internally, with a multitude of precautions in place to maintain security. In the case of private and intellectual property, we can also sign a Non-Disclosure at your request to assure that your ideas stay your ideas.
While templates make work for some, many business owners find it difficult, if not impossible to change or manipulate a template or turn-key solution. You also run the risk of someone else having the same design or programming code as your business (which is more prone to hacking). Building your business solution from scratch ensures it works exactly how you need it to work without the cost of changing something not really meant to fit your needs.
We use an up-to-date mix of basic, intermediate, and advanced programming languages; however, we pride ourselves on being adaptable to using whatever language best fits your requirements.
MediaLinkers has around 50-60 full time, tenured developers. They are our employees; we do not contract-out or outsource, so rest assure that your project stays in our hands.

A typical small business site takes 4 to 6 weeks of development, CMS sites about 6 to 8 weeks, and eCommerce sites can take 2 to 3 months or longer depending on their complexity. In reality we can complete the work in a faster timeframe, but we do not want to mislead our clients by promising them a timeframe that does not include time for client feedback and testing. Both of these elements are critical to launching a successful website that is designed to meet your business's needs, and should not be rushed.
